Key shows as invalid or will not add
A Grusha key is a link that looks like https://sub.grushavpn.com/s/… If the app will not accept it, the problem is almost always in how it was copied.
What to check
- Copy the key again with the “Copy” button in the mini app — do not select the text by hand
- Paste it through “+” → “Add from clipboard”, not into the search field
- If the profile is already there, delete it and add it again to refresh the subscription
If the key really does not work
Message support in the bot and we will reissue it. The old key will stop working, and you will need to add the new one on every device.
