Privacy Policy

We are a VPN service, and our job is not to know what you do online. This document describes the little data we do process so the service can work.

1. Who processes the data

Operator: Grusha VPN (grusha.lol), [company details]. Contact — support@grushavpn.com and Telegram @grusha_vpn_support.

2. What we process

Only what the service cannot run without:

  • Telegram id and username — the account is created from your Telegram, there is no sign-up.
  • Your plan and its end date.
  • A payment identifier from the payment provider or Telegram — to confirm payment and renew the subscription.
  • Technical error records — without the contents of your traffic.

3. What we do not collect

We keep no connection logs: we do not store which sites and services you accessed, from which address or when. Such records are simply never created, so they cannot be requested from us or obtained in a breach.

We do not ask for passport data, phone number, email or payment details — payment happens on the payment provider’s or Telegram’s side, and your card number never reaches us.

4. Why we process it

The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you (the public offer) and the consent you give by pressing “Connect” in the bot.

  • To give you access and issue a connection key.
  • To take payment and renew the subscription.
  • To answer your support request.
  • To send service notices in the bot: a reminder 3 days before a charge, subscription end.

5. Who we share it with

Payment providers — only what is needed to process the payment. Telegram — to the extent needed for the bot and mini app to work. Nobody else: data is not sold or passed to advertising networks.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain, such as payment documents.

7. Your rights

Write to support in the bot or to support@grushavpn.com. We reply within 30 days.

  • Know what data we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete your account and the data attached to it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will notify you in the bot about substantial changes.
