Frequently asked questions

When is the next payment taken?
We send a reminder to the bot 3 days before the subscription ends. The charge happens on the end date. You can turn auto-renewal off in the mini app, “Plans” tab.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic: the subscription simply does not renew and you move to the free plan with 15 GB. Your key stays the same — pay when it suits you and the fast servers come back without any reconfiguration.
Can I pay without a card?
Yes: Telegram Stars in the bot, or SBP by QR from your banking app. Auto-renewal works for card and Stars; SBP is a one-off payment.
How do refunds work?
Message support in the bot within 7 days of paying if the VPN does not work on your device. We will try to fix it first — the backup key usually does the trick. If not, we refund.
Why is the price in Stars different?
Stars are Telegram’s own currency with its own exchange rate, set by Telegram. The price in Stars is recalculated at the moment of payment, so it can differ slightly from the rouble price.
