Terms of Use

These are the terms on which we provide access to the service. Pressing “Connect” in the bot or subscribing means you accept them.

1. General

This document is a public offer. Paying for a subscription or using the free plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

  • Free plan: 15 GB of traffic a month, basic servers, no time limit and no card.
  • Paid subscription: unlimited traffic and fast servers for the chosen term — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • One connection key for any number of devices, plus a backup key.
  • Support on Telegram 10:00–22:00 Moscow time.

3. Payment and auto-renewal

Payment by bank card, SBP or Telegram Stars. Prices are in roubles; in Stars — at Telegram’s rate at the moment of payment.

Paying by card or Stars enables auto-renewal: 3 days before the subscription ends we remind you in the bot, and the charge happens on the end date. Auto-renewal can be switched off in the mini app at any time. SBP payments are one-off.

4. Term and termination

The subscription runs from payment until the end of the chosen term. If not renewed, access drops to the free plan — the key and account are kept.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion — on request to support.

5. Refunds

If the service does not work on your device, contact support within 7 days of payment. We will try to solve it first — the backup key usually helps. If there is no working solution, we refund the unused period by the same method you paid with.

6. Not allowed

In case of violation we may suspend access without a refund.

  • Using the service for unlawful activity.
  • Spam, attacks on networks or services, distributing malware.
  • Reselling access or sharing the key with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee availability on networks where the carrier restricts VPN. The provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

8. Support and changes

Support is available 10:00–22:00 Moscow time in the bot, on Telegram @grusha_vpn_support, or at support@grushavpn.com.

These terms may change; the new version is published on this page with a new date and applies to payments made after publication.
