- Is it really free?
- Yes. The free plan is not a trial, it is permanent: 15 GB a month with no card and no sign-up. Used it all up? It refills next month — or invite 3 friends and get another 15 GB.
- How many devices can I connect?
- As many as you like. One key works on your phone, laptop, tablet and TV at the same time — just add it to Happ on each device. There is no device limit on the free or the paid plans.
- What if my carrier cuts the VPN off?
- Open the mini app → “Key” → “Backup key”. It goes through a different address and looks like ordinary HTTPS. Add it to the app next to the main key and switch whenever one of them slows down.
- Do you keep logs?
- No. We do not record browsing history, IP addresses or your device list. We keep only what the service cannot run without: your Telegram id, your plan and its end date.
- How do I turn off auto-renewal?
- In the mini app, “Plans” tab — the “Auto-renewal” switch. One tap, no emails to support. Access stays until the end of the paid period, then you drop to the free plan.
- How do I pay without a card?
- With Telegram Stars right in the bot, or via SBP (Faster Payments) by QR from your banking app. A card is only needed if you choose to pay by card.
