How to turn off auto-renewal
Auto-renewal comes on when you pay for the monthly plan in Stars. You can turn it off at any time, with no need to write to support.
How to turn it off
- Open the mini app → “Plans” tab
- Set the “Auto-renewal” switch to off
Note. Access stays until the end of the paid period, then you move to the free plan with 15 GB. The key does not change.
When the payment is charged
The bot sends a reminder 3 days before the subscription ends. The charge happens on the day it ends.
Frequently asked questions
- Does an SBP payment renew by itself?
- No, SBP is a one-off payment. Only the monthly plan in Stars has auto-renewal.
