Connected, but sites will not load
The “connected” status means the tunnel is up. If sites still will not open, the cause is usually one of four things.
Check in this order
- Traffic on the free plan: open the mini app — if the 15 GB is used up, the connection is there but no data goes through
- Switch to the backup key
- Turn off other VPNs and proxies, including “smart DNS” and private DNS in your system settings
- Restart Happ and connect again
